The firm has completed projects in various jurisdictions all over the State of Texas. Grounds Anderson, LLC is proficient in the various Federal, State, County and City regulations and criteria. In addition, the firm is skilled in International Building Code and the Texas Accessibility Standards.
We have three licensed or registered Professional Engineers in the State of Texas capable of signing and/or sealing the work performed under this project. We have two professionals that are skilled in plan and specification production.

Featherwood Office Building
Grounds Anderson prepared Civil Site Construction Documents for a 4.09 acre office building site. Construction documents included paving, grading, storm sewer, water, and sanitary sewer improvements. Grounds Anderson prepared plan and profile drawings of proposed storm and waterline improvements crossing Featherwood Drive and coordinated all permitting efforts.
Klein ISD Network Operations Center
Grounds Anderson prepared Civil Site Construction Documents for the proposed additions of the 13,000 Square Foot Klein ISD Network Operations Center along Spring Cypress Road within Harris County, Texas. Construction documents included paving, grading, storm sewer, water, and sanitary sewer improvements. Grounds Anderson coordinated directly with the School District for the successful completion of this project.
University of Phoenix Campus
Grounds Anderson prepared Civil Site Construction Documents for a 5.23 acre office building site in Montgomery County, Texas. We prepared construction documents including paving, grading, storm sewer, water, detention pond, and sanitary sewer improvements. Grounds Anderson prepared and submitted a Driveway Permit to TxDOT. We prepared a Due Diligence Report prior to design.
Private Mini Storage Building & Detention Pond
Grounds Anderson prepared Civil Site Construction Documents for the conversion of a grocery store into storage facilities. We were responsible for paving, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water line, grading and detention design for the 4.5 acre site. Grounds Anderson prepared a mitigation plan for overall site improvements and coordinated permitting with the City of Houston and HCFCD.
